SINGLE SCISSORS ECONOMIC JIHAB offer a extensive range of lift tables, in a variety of capacities, strokes and platform sizes. Each is available with a selection from our comprehensive range of accessories. Common to all JIHAB lift tables is the high quality of build and service reliability. As standard our lift tables are equipped with: An adjustable top limit switch, for precise control of the raised height. A constant flow lowering valve which ensures the same decent speed irrespective of loading. All bearings are lubricated bronze and the hydraulic cylinder have built-in bottom end cushioning. All lift tables are CE-marked, and the minimum electrical protection is class IP 55. Latest Technology Manufacturing take place at our own factory. Any bought in finished parts such as electrical and hydraulic equipment are purchased from quality suppliers. All these components fulfil the international standards required and are readily available. At our engineering department the lifts are designed and developed using modern computer technology. With this facility we can easily make individual custom designs. The computer can calculate the optimal strength of the lift table without the exessive material. Alternative designs to meet special criteria can be investigated rapidly. There is a full quality control system in the manufacture. Starting with the specification of the material, through the welding and assembly procedures and culminating with a function and proof test sequence for each unit prior to leaving the factory. Reliability and personal safety The lift table, as with many parts of a production line, perform a vital function. If a malfunction occurs the whole chain is affected. The lift table has to perform its function without poblems day in, day out, year after year. Our lifts have been installed in many demanding production situiations over many years and have proven a service record. Another advantage of the JIHAB lift is attention to personal safety. The lift tables are logically built, easy to operate and designed and equipped with various safety features to minimise the risk of personal injury. Examples of the safety details are the downward trip frame mounted all around the underside of the platform which stops the downward movement when touched. Hose rupture valves fitted into each hydraulic cylinder prevents uncontrolled decent in case of failure in the hydraulic circuit. All sheer ponts have been designed to have sufficient clearance to eliminate any risk of entrapment. |
